Comprehensive Denago EV Golf Cart Warranty

Coverage: DENAGO® EV (“Company”) provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on new electric vehicles, including batteries and vehicle chassis, covering material or workmanship defects for the original purchaser (parts only).
Warranty Period: Coverage begins on the retail purchase date of the vehicle.

Note: For DENAGO® EV rental fleets, refer to the DENAGO® EV Rental/Commercial Limited Warranty.

Component Warranty Coverage

Aluminum Chassis: Lifetime
LiFePO4 Battery: 5 Years (Full Replacement*)
All Other Parts and Components: 2 Years

Battery Warranty and Specifics

Amp Hour Warranty: Recorded by DENAGO® EV.
Battery Warranty Claims: Must include DENAGO® EV-specified testing results.
Non-factory Additions: Any additions or modifications made directly to batteries void this warranty.
5-Year Full Replacement: Applies only to personal-use vehicles (not commercial use).*

Denago Warranty – Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Routine maintenance, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic deterioration.
Damage caused by neglect, abuse, accidents, unapproved accessories, vandalism, or acts of nature.
Repairs not performed by approved dealer locations (dealer-performed residential repairs are allowed).
Transportation costs to or from service locations.
Consumables such as fuses, light bulbs, lubricants, decals, trim pieces, brake shoes, bushings, mats, tires, or routine adjustments.
Cosmetic deterioration from environmental exposure, such as paint fading or improper storage.

Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty coverage may be voided if the vehicle or battery shows evidence of:

Neglected maintenance or use outside of the Operator’s (Owner’s) Manual guidelines.
Use of non-OEM (unapproved) parts, modifications, or alterations.
Non-approved electrical installations or wiring changes.

Denago EV Golf Cart Liability

Liability:

DENAGO® EV excludes liability for indirect damages - including death, injury, or property damage - resulting from product defects. Legal claims must be filed within three months of the warranty claim’s origination.

Reserved Rights:

DENAGO® EV reserves the right to inspect vehicles, modify designs, or assess warranty claims without revising previous products. This warranty constitutes the entire agreement and may not be altered without written approval from DENAGO® EV Corporation.

Sole Remedy:

If a defect arises, DENAGO® EV may repair or replace defective parts using original OEM or reconditioned parts. Replaced components become the property of DENAGO® EV and must be returned upon request.

This Limited Warranty is exclusive. DENAGO® EV makes no other warranty, expressed or implied. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness beyond the time limits or scope described here are disclaimed and excluded.

Repair or replacement of defective components is the purchaser’s sole remedy. No dealer, distributor, or representative of DENAGO® EV is authorized to modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any way.

Any modification or alteration to the vehicle beyond factory specifications - including those affecting weight distribution, stability, or speed - can cause serious injury or death and will void this warranty entirely.
